Attractive Attraction

How to improve and be Attractive

Simplify Your Way to Success

Throughout history it has been said repeatedly that the simple truths are the most profound. It is also said the truth is often overlooked because
of its simplicity. When I was in my twenties, I was very philosophical and used to spend my free hours speaking with friends and coworkers about
the truths I realized in myself and the world around me. I would get amused because often I would get a reply like “That’s obvious”, or “Everyone knows that.”

Oddly enough, I was talking
about things that would make the world such a
better place to live in. The truth is paradise is
right here and now and it is only up to us to
realize it. What I discovered through extensive
research is that the more simplified you make
things the easier they are to achieve. Doing this
starts in the mind.

Let’s suppose you want to find a suitable partner.
Meditate on what qualities that partner would
have. Explore in your mind what emotional,
intellectual, spiritual and physical traits that
person would have. The universe will make things
happen according to a law I call the Conservation
of Energy. What this means is that when the
universe creates something it typically uses the
path of least resistance. If you are clear about
what your desire is and allow it to simply become,
it will. Don’t try to force it to come about in a
particular way. The easiest thing in the world for
you to change is yourself. You have more control
over yourself than anything else in this world.

Let’s get back to the “ideal” partner for you. If
you take the meditation I gave you and rather than
use it to search for a partner, try to become all
of the things you desire in that partner, then you
will automatically draw that person to you.

If you look at the apex of a pyramid, you find
that it is the smallest part. It is that part that
focuses the most strength of the structure. If you
take a magnifying glass and allow sunlight to flow
through it, it will focus a tiny beam of
concentrated light on to the object you hold it
over and thus create a fire. To make things happen
in your life, find that tiny core of the principle
you want to happen and hold it close to your
thoughts. By allowing it to stay simple, focused
and small, it will manifest very quickly.

Take this lesson and apply it to every thing you
want to achieve in life. Watch how it unfolds the
realization of your dreams.

Until Next Week! Have a Happy Life!

The Power Of The Edge

Reality has no edge. In fact, that’s how we recognize it. If it has an edge, it’s not reality.

A movie on a big screen draws you into its reality immediately. Once you lose your awareness of the edge
of the screen, the film becomes your world. A world with no edge becomes reality. For an even more
extreme experience of a simulated no-edge-reality, try on some virtual reality goggles. They fill your entire
visual field right up to the edge and so we put the word “reality” into the name of that technology. We
don’t usually get this shift in reality from watching a TV screen. The edge of the screen is always visible
and constantly whispers, “What you are watching is not real.” It’s all about the edge.

Your visual field acts as your movie screen. The genius of its design is that you can’t see the edge. Your
focus is forward. Way out at the edge your awareness blurs into unconsciousness. Since we are usually
unaware of any edge, we think what we see is reality. How you relate to the edge of your visual field, the
edge of your consciousness, the edge of your world becomes crucially important if you are interested in
taking an intentionally creative role in your own reality. Consciousness evaluates reality by any situation’s
relationship to the edge.

So, the edge has the power to make things seem unreal. And “edgelessness” is the key ingredient in reality.
We can use this information in many powerful ways as we move through life’s contrasting offerings.

To Edge or Not to Edge

You have a choice about the edge in every moment. Putting an edge on anything makes it finite and less
than reality. Ignoring the edge of your awareness of the same thing makes it endless and gives it the feel of
reality.

Your dream ends when you wake up. That is its edge. Before you wake up you think it is real. Once you
wake up you experience its edge and it doesn’t feel real anymore. You say it was just a dream (not reality).
The movie ends at the edge of the screen or after the credits roll. When you encounter its edge in space or
in time you remember it is just a movie (not reality).

Realizing the power of the edge gives you the ability to diminish or augment the perceived reality of
anything you are living. If something unwanted feels real and immovable, you can begin to loosen its hold
on you. If something wonderful feels tentative and unsure, you can fortify its reality. It’s all a matter of
where you place your edge.

Saying Goodbye to Unwanted Realities

Abraham has told us there is no such thing as exclusion.* You can’t stop thinking about something by
trying to stop thinking about it because then you are thinking about it. What if there is something that
looms so large in your experience, that feels so real and so unwanted, that you can’t seem to turn your
attention away from it? You can begin to diminish its power in your life by working with its edge. As you
notice its edge, you weaken its grip on your awareness. Having done this, you may be able to turn easily
away from it sooner than you would have imagined possible.

Whether you are lost in an unwanted financial reality, a relationship crisis or any other seemingly real
situation, you can “unreal” it by determining its edge and paying more attention to what is beyond that
edge than what is inside it. Anything that has an edge has something beyond it. That is where the potential
for a whole new reality lives within your creative consciousness.
Until you realize the edge of your unwanted situation, you may feel hopeless. Once you see the unwanted
reality as finite with infinite possibility right over the line, you take back your power in that situation.

What seemed like an immovable reality begins to feel more like a little story - one story out of many
possible stories. This shift in consciousness will allow you to begin creating a whole new desirable reality
on the subject of finances or relationship or in any other area of your life. This simple shift makes it all
not only possible, but likely.

Creating Wanted Realities

If putting an edge on reality diminishes it to a little story, then taking the edge off a little story can lift it to
the status of reality. Can this really be possible? You can experiment with it and see for yourself. Here’s
how you do it:

Find something that you would absolutely love to live as your reality. Then imagine it without an edge.

That means imagine it as absolutely true. If you find any place in your consciousness where you are aware
that this is just a story, that awareness is an edge. Go past that. Infuse every inch, mile and light-year of
your consciousness with the knowing that this desired reality is real, true. Keep going until you are
completely unaware of any edge. In this case, doubt would be an edge. Awareness of a conflicting sense of
reality would be an edge. Let your desired reality completely fill your movie screen. Let it permeate your
entire field of vision. Let it be all you know. Do this on a regular basis. See what happens.

You can begin by playing a game with this notion of the edge. Start becoming aware of which stories in
your life are so big that they have no edge. See if these are stories that you want to be your reality. If not,
you now know what to do about it. Happy edging.

Embracing Unfulfilled Desires

I’m willing to go out on a limb here and say that there isn’t a person on the planet that doesn’t have a desire of some kind. I’ll even go out on another limb and state that every person on the planet has more than one desire at a time. Whether it’s wanting more money, a new home, a relationship, more sleep, more love in the world or even a desire to laugh more in life, it’s all about wanting something we don’t have at the moment we are wanting it. Depending on any one person’s circumstance, each desire can feel just as unattainable and create a feeling of frustration and/or hopelessness.

Here’s the truth about desires; we will always have unfulfilled desires and it’s because of that, you will continue to grow and expand in your life. Whenever you reach one place or fulfill one desire, you will then automatically find yourself moving to the next place with the next desire. There is nothing wrong with this. This is human nature and to find yourself in a place of having desires and having them fulfilled is exhilarating. It can almost become a game and there are a few rules, that when followed accordingly, can create the feeling of winning even before your desire has manifested.

Rule #1: When you’re in a place with unfulfilled desires remember to not feel a sense of fear, anxiety, frustration or even impatience. Did I just hear a, “Yeah, right,” with a tone of sarcasm in there? That’s fine. I know how you feel. I’ve been there myself only to realize once I started playing by the Universe’s rules and not my own, everything changed for me. You see it’s those exact emotions that keep your desires from being fulfilled because you’re not in a receiving place. It’s not your job to figure out all the ways to get your desires fulfilled. It is your job to be very clear in asking for what you want and to trust with all your heart everything will come to you at the perfect time. When you get the urge to take an action toward fulfilling your desire that feels wonderful to you, then do so. But only if it feels right. Do not push action on yourself just because you think you should be doing something. That will only bring you more frustration and you won’t have any fun in the process.

Rule #2: Focus on what is working in your life and feeling more of your true essence more often. Ask yourself anytime you’re full of doubt and fear, “What is working?” Allow yourself to live on the outside, what really exists on the inside of your soul with your values, integrity and needs. Match your inside to your outside world so they become one and the same. Focus on what’s true for you without the concern of what others may think. When you do these things you are becoming a vibrational match to everything that is rightfully yours just waiting to show up in your life which can ultimately feel like a miracle, fulfilling your desires in ways greater than you ever imagined possible.

Rule #3: Be aware of your thoughts. When you watch what pops up in your mind throughout the day about your desires you will begin to notice if you’ve got more negative chatter going on or more positive chatter. Or as I call it, your Gremlin or your Genie. Once there is an awareness of your thoughts your world can begin to change. In a heartbeat, you can change your thought and create it to be anything that makes you feel good. You can even take yourself on a mini vacation. Use your imagination to create a scene that you’re in where you feel a sense of joy, fun, peace or calmness. Whatever you need at the time. Go there alone, so you don’t have to pay attention to how anyone else is feeling or respond to what he or she may say. This is strictly for you and your well-being. You only need to go there for a very short time, just create change in your thought pattern and raise your vibration enough so you become aligned with what you’re desiring by feeling good. When you feel a shift leave the scene and go about your day. You can do this many times throughout the day to create the shift you’re wanting. I promise you, the more you do this, the less your Gremlin will show up, the better you’ll feel and the quicker your desires get fulfilled.

Rule # 4: Although this rule is simple it tends to be the hardest to grasp at a cellular, all knowing level. Trust. Trust that all your desires have been heard and are in the process of being fulfilled. When your thoughts, feelings, words and actions are in alignment, your unfulfilled desires will be fulfilled faster than you can create a new desire.

Rule #5: This rule may be the most important rule of all. Live in gratitude for all that you have in life. No matter what is going on there is always something to be grateful for and the Universe responds so graciously to gratitude when it is authentic and heartfelt. I’m going to suggest that you create a gratitude journal and write in it everyday. It only takes a couple of minutes to come up with a few things to be grateful for each day and when you do this you’ll open yourself up to receiving more and more things to thank the Universe for.

So embrace your unfulfilled desires and be willing, for the next 30 days, to play by these five rules and see what shows up differently for you. You may find certain desires getting fulfilled or maybe you’ll feel lighter about life in general. Either way, if you don’t give it a whirl you’ll never know what could have been.
